We are open to conversation with government and program partners who need independent clinical review capacity. We do not claim current contracts, awards, or program designations we do not hold.
Not currently offered as active products
PBM-focused review and LTD / disability review are not marketed as current offerings. If those needs arise later, we will say so clearly — we will not invent product lines on this site.

Whether you represent a plan, TPA, employer, or program partner — or are a clinician interested in the reviewer network — use non-PHI Contact for introductions. Secure case upload is available for authorized portal users (Business, Provider, and Admin) after MFA: a verified email and a second factor, with an authenticator preferred and US SMS supported. ArkMedis will review and process submitted cases after Texas Department of Insurance Independent Review Organization certification is issued. The application is filed and in process. Certification is not active. Send case PHI only through the portal vault. Do not send PHI by email or fax. Download of stored files is not available yet.
