The clinical document we do write
On an accepted review, the deliverable is an independent clinical rationale under Medical Director oversight. It addresses the clinical question the plan scoped. It does not tell the plan how to comply with a statute, and it does not predict a hearing result.
Your counsel stays your counsel
Plans, TPAs, and sponsors should use their own attorneys for legal questions. Treating providers who need representation in a denial dispute need their own counsel. ArkMedis will not be introduced as either side’s lawyer.
Site terms are separate
Terms describe this public website. Privacy describes how the marketing site handles ordinary contact. Neither page is an engagement letter. Review work, if any, is scoped in writing with the client.
Questions
Can your physicians serve as counsel or co-counsel?
No. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. We do not appear as counsel, draft legal briefs, or staff hearings.
May a plan’s lawyer use your written rationale?
The engaging plan or TPA receives a clinical rationale for its own process. What that organization’s counsel does with it is their decision. The rationale is not a legal opinion.
Do you offer expert-witness or litigation-support retainers?
No. Those are not products. Do not send privileged materials, subpoenas, or matter files to the public inbox.
