Public agencies sometimes need independent clinical review. ArkMedis will talk about whether our actual review scope fits. We do not describe awards, vehicles, or program roles we do not have.
What we can discuss
The work we do today is independent medical-necessity review and appeal-ready written rationale for health plans, TPAs, and self-funded sponsors. If a public program needs that same clinical question answered, start with a non-PHI introduction and we will say whether the scope fits.

If that changes, this page will say so with the specific vehicle named. Until then, “open to conversation” is the whole claim.
How to start
Email or call the Houston office with the program name, the clinical question, and whether PHI would ever be involved. Do not send beneficiary records to public email or fax.
Same independence rules
A public-sector conversation does not create a different product. Conflict screening, specialty limits, and the decision not to publish turnaround percentages all still apply. We decline work we cannot staff.
Questions
Do you hold a government contract or purchasing schedule?
No. ArkMedis does not claim current contracts, awards, set-aside designations, or a purchasing-schedule listing.
Can an agency use you as its claims adjudicator?
No. We do not sell claims adjudication, cost-containment programs, or a data-analytics dashboard. A conversation can only cover the same independent clinical review we describe for health plans, and only if the scope actually fits.
Are you an accredited IRO for public programs?
No. We do not claim URAC, NCQA, HITRUST, NAIRO, or SOC 2. Texas Department of Insurance IRO certification is not active. Status is stated on For payers.
Do you consult on ERISA or program design?
No. ERISA consulting and program-design retainers are not offerings. We are not a law firm.
