Why is this list short?
Honesty over marketing. Peer sites sometimes publish long specialty matrices that imply a finished national panel. ArkMedis is building coverage under Medical Director oversight. When we add a specialty we can reliably staff, we will update this page with a dated note — not before.

How matching works
Clinical questions are routed toward reviewers whose specialty aligns with the case. Conflict-of-interest screening and Medical Director accountability apply regardless of specialty. Process detail: How we work.
