ArkMedis is not advertising jobs. Clinicians who want to be considered for the reviewer network can send a short non-PHI introduction. Everyone else should wait until a real requisition exists.
Reviewer interest
If you are a clinician asking about future review work, Contact can take:
- Your name and specialty
- Board certification, stated plainly
- States where you personally hold a license
- A CV as an ordinary attachment, with no patient material in it
We do not promise a case volume, a start date, or that a specialty marked Building will open.
What we will not take by email
- Case records, claims, or member identifiers
- Someone else’s CV or a roster of a group
- A request to be placed as a plan’s medical director
- A staffing-agency submission
Operations hiring, if it ever happens, will be a named role on this page. Until then, the operations contact is still Contact for partnership questions, not applications.

Are any jobs open?
No requisitions are posted. This page is not a listing board, and it will not invent roles to look active.
Can a physician ask about review work anyway?
Yes. Send a non-PHI note through Contact: name, specialty, board certification, and licenses you hold. As of September 2026, Internal Medicine is Available. Other specialties are Building, which means we may not have work even if you write.
Is the Medical Director seat open?
No. Dr. Yougandhar Akula is Medical Director. We are not recruiting a replacement or a second medical director on this page.
Do you place physicians into plan medical director jobs?
No. We are not a staffing agency, and Medical Director oversight is internal to ArkMedis reviews.
A short note is enough.
