Intake
Non-PHI Contact covers partnership setup. Authorized users upload case files in the portal after MFA (verified email and a second factor). ArkMedis reviews those files after TDI Independent Review Organization certification is issued. The application is in process. Certification is not active. Timelines are confirmed at intake.
Assignment & conflict-of-interest screening
Cases are matched to an appropriate specialty under Medical Director oversight. Documented COI screening occurs before clinical work proceeds.
Clinical review
Specialty-aligned clinicians evaluate medical necessity against the clinical record and applicable standards of care — free from volume targets or outcome incentives.
Quality assurance
Internal QA checks documentation completeness, specialty fit, and independence controls before a determination is finalized.
Determination
A written determination with clinical rationale is produced for the plan or TPA process. We do not invent sample outcome rates.
Delivery
Determinations return through the operational channel agreed at engagement. Stored case files are not available for download in the portal yet, and case-status views are not live.
Independence throughout
Physician ownership, MD Medical Director accountability, specialty match, COI screening, and written rationale are part of every case path — not optional add-ons. See About and Security & Trust for public claims we will and will not make.

Secure case upload is available for authorized portal users (Business, Provider, and Admin) after MFA: a verified email and a second factor, with an authenticator preferred and US SMS supported. ArkMedis will review and process submitted cases after Texas Department of Insurance Independent Review Organization certification is issued. The application is filed and in process. Certification is not active. Send case PHI only through the portal vault. Do not send PHI by email or fax. Download of stored files is not available yet.
