ArkMedis does not license peer-review software, a prior-authorization suite, or an analytics dashboard. The only software surface on this site is the case portal for authorized users.

A UM or peer-review software product is not offered. There is no demo environment to book.

The portal that does exist

Secure case upload is available for authorized portal users (Business, Provider, and Admin) after MFA: a verified email and a second factor, with an authenticator preferred and US SMS supported. ArkMedis will review and process submitted cases after Texas Department of Insurance Independent Review Organization certification is issued. The application is filed and in process. Certification is not active. Send case PHI only through the portal vault. Do not send PHI by email or fax. Download of stored files is not available yet.

After certification

Texas IRO certification, when it is issued, changes when review processing of submitted cases can begin. It does not convert the portal into a commercial UM product. We are not publishing a software roadmap.

Can we license your review platform?

There is no review platform for sale, no per-seat license, and no software demo. Names used by other firms for proprietary review software do not describe an ArkMedis product.

What is the portal, then?

A case workspace for authorized users of an ArkMedis engagement. Sign-in requires MFA. It is not a UM system for a plan to run on its own book of business.

Can we download records from it today?

Download of stored files is not available. Portal availability itself follows the deployment you are on. The line under this page’s software section is the current one.

Is the portal HITRUST or SOC 2 certified?

No. Workspace and Google Cloud HIPAA BAAs are held. Those agreements are not HITRUST, SOC 2, or TDI certification.
