Independence and conflict of interest
ArkMedis is a physician-owned Independent Review Organization. Clinical accountability sits with our MD Medical Director. Every case path includes documented conflict-of-interest screening and a written rationale. Determinations are free from volume targets and outcome incentives. We are a for-profit organization (FabCare LLC d/b/a ArkMedis). We do not claim nonprofit status.
